He was referring to China’s new car manufacturing plants in Mexico and how they will destroy America’s automaker industry because his opponents won’t stop them from selling their cars in the USA, but he will. Border control and security matters and in fact, the current regime is conducting a wartime invasion into the United States using its open border and now ports policies. Florida’s Haiti troubles is just the latest front to open in their war on us.
