We see it every day. Our ships look like rust buckets, we can’t man them in order to utilize the entire fleet because we don’t have enough people. Drones are flying at will over our most sensitive military bases inside our country without challenges by our commanders. China’s navy and air forces challenge us and our allies every day. We have failed to deter Russia, and now our military intelligence has once again failed to provide warning about the fall of Syria’s government. But help is on the way as were ‘even beginning to hear anecdotally that retention is up and recruiting may be about to turn around since Donald Trump was re-elected. A big part of the answer to repairing our armed forces is the plan to take care of our people, fund the necessary manpower requirements, and provide the right leadership to implement those actions. My guest today is Stephen Simmons who was a prior enlisted Marine Corps Major who served as a Combat Engineer and Civil Affairs Planner. He has deployed to Iraq, supported multiple humanitarian missions, and is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in total force manpower planning and policy, and distinguished himself operationally working within Aviation Ground Support. Stephen worked with multiple media and congressional offices to highlight the constitutional crisis resulting from the unlawful vaccine mandates, upholding his oath to protect manpower readiness. Stephen was forced to leave active service because of his actions, and since then has excelled in the civilian sector working for Amazon where he has managed multi-Billion-dollar programs.
