Sentence enhancements were sought on defendants for no logical reasons, other than Graves and his crowd have admitted, than to make examples out of citizens exercising their rights to confront the powerful with the truth as they understand it. Americans like Matthew Perna committed suicide over these unfair and unnecessary enhancements. I am completely disgusted to be associated with an America with such a double standard legal system.
